Remote work and flexible working hours: Nortal MEA is very flexible with remote work and you have the opportunity to work both remotely and at the office based on your needs. For KSA employees, eployees are coming originaly from cities that are far away from Riyadh where our office there, so most of them are actually working from their homes and other places they prefer. The team there are not restricted to certain working hours since they are not working directly with clients and not required to be onsite.

Nortal Nomad program: Employees have the freedom to work from almost anywhere in the world for up to 3 months per year. If an employee plans to work from a different location, they should consult with the responsible person to ensure that there are no restrictions, although such cases are few and far between. Overall, Nortal employees enjoy a high degree of flexibility in their work arrangements.
