Nortal Nomad/Work from (almost) anywhere – you have the freedom to work where you work best. Up to 3 months per year, you can work abroad (because most countries allow staying 90 days at a time without a work visa or tax residency requirement). You can work from any country that is in your time zone +/- 3h to your main team location (to find common working time with your team and customer). 

Remote or on-site – you can choose if you want to work from the office or from home. We have no policy on coming to the office on specific days. It’s all up to you.

Furniture and equipment compensation – if you need anything for your home office (chair/desk/mouse/keyboard/monitor/headset) purchase it and Nortal will refund 50% of the cost in the maximum amount of 300€. You can use this benefit once per two years, after your probation period. 

Flexible working hours – you can agree with your manager and your team about what time you start your day and how you will organize your workdays. 

Up to 3 additional days off – You can get up to 3 additional vacation days based on your tenure at Nortal: 

• 2+ years in Nortal = 1 extra day
• 3+ years in Nortal = 2 extra days
• 4+ years in Nortal = 3 extra days 

Anniversary gifts: 

• 5-year anniversary. Gift card (300 EUR).

Secondly, you have your own learning & development budget: no more back and forward emails and time-consuming approval timelines, you book your own Pluralsight courses, AWS certificates, Udemy, Coursera and Cloud Guru access, buy books and even conference tickets! – all with a click of a button! 

E-library – We offer 24/7 access to a growing digital library full of eBooks and audiobooks: Nortal’s Digital Library, and access to the office library as well. 

Conferences, courses, certifications – We value your development through any means necessary. We also believe that conferences, external courses, or professional coaching will sharpen your skills, you get to meet experts, and like-minded people face-to-face, learn new tools, tips & tricks, and hopefully, get inspired, and have lots of fun. 

Parking spot – both of our offices have a limited number of parking spaces on the premises. 

Referral bonuses – We have different referral bonuses for different roles. For every referred person that passed their probation period, you get:
